Today a Rose…

This piece started with a simple texture, and then another, and another, all in all 5 simple textures. The image then took on a life of it’s own. The girl is the beautiful Alanna, photographed by the brilliant photographer, Colby Files. Many layers and many elements later, I began with the adjustments – luminance, colour, radiance, gradient filter, and finally a slight vignette to complete the image.
