This started out as a finger exercise to get my motivation going. A compilation of many different photos and images, all manipulated and blended to fit together as I imagined. Lots of colour casts, painting with light and dark and much more.

This piece is particularly poignant to me right now. Being disabled and suffering from chronic pain, this piece is rather personal. The butterfly signifies my disease of chronic pain trying to break free. The colours of red and yellow signify just some of the pain that I have to endure every day. The words of the song, Mad World, are very significant.
